Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days

  • Cost: Live Rate (Within Australia Only)

 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays. We strive to ship orders placed before 12 PM (local time) on the same day.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day best effort.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging and Handling

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. All items are securely packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Exchange Window: You can exchange your product for a different size, color, or style within 14 days of receipt. If the item you'd like to exchange is out of stock, you can opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.
